Pitch Marketing Group is looking for a creative consumer/lifestyle Senior Account Manager with a passion for music, fashion, technology and culture to lead our retained PR and influencer work for Beats by Dr Dre.

With strong experience in lifestyle PR, you will be able to lead client relationships, assist in the strategic development and implementation of PR and influencer campaigns, plan and deliver unique events and inspire a talented account team. You’ll need to have excellent media contacts across music, fashion tech and lifestyle media titles and an ability build strong relationships with influencers.

In addition to leading one of the agency’s blue-chip clients, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver sports and lifestyle PR and influencer campaigns for a global footwear and apparel brand.

Currently in an Account Manager (PR) role looking for their next step up to Senior Account Manager (PR) or an existing Senior Account Manager (PR)

Experience developing and executing consumer/lifestyle PR and influencer campaigns / activations

Strong contacts within technology, music, fashion and lifestyle media

Knowledge and experience of delivering impactful influencer led campaigns

Passion for music, fashion and culture (an interest in sport is desirable but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Delivery and day-to-day management of agreed strategic PR, influencer and content campaigns

Plan and run client meetings ensuring timely and effective reporting – write meeting agendas and oversee meeting note taking, contact and status report writing ensuring all client reporting adheres to client contracts

Running creative sessions to develop idea for clients

Plan and run client events in a professional and efficient manner e.g. management of influencer events, product launches, photography, personal appearances

Ensure any document that is sent to the client is line with high agency standards

Oversee the writing of press releases to ensure minimal editing by AD

Complete PR plans and proposals for AD approval

Work with senior agency staff to develop activity budgets and assist in the growing of agency revenue through effective financial management

Keep abreast of outside issues and events and regularly review impact on client activity and objectives

Develop activity budgets and ensure projects are controlled, delivered effectively and on budget

Work an integrated manner with clients other marketing agencies (e.g. Advertising, events, design, digital) to deliver to client objectives

Client Liaison:

Build strong relationships with key clients on both a professional and social basis

Monitor external environment and highlight key issues/crises and work with the Pitch Management Board to inform the client of implications and potential actions required

Contribute to client marketing strategy and thinking, identifying new projects and ideas to grow the client’s business and generate positive media coverage

Fulfil the role of a trusted consultant/advisor to the client

Team Management:

Inspire junior agency staff and direct reports to deliver campaigns

Ensure staff ownership and responsibility for projects for all members of the team, developing a clear understanding of accountability

Lead by example in attitude, efficiency and results

Make recommendations to the Management Board on staffing and personal development where appropriate

Growing Existing Business:

Work with senior agency staff to identify opportunities to grow existing clients

New Business:

Develop new business leads, including relevant introductions to the agency

Support senior team in writing new business proposals and presenting new business pitches to a high standard


Demonstrate innovation and creativity in developing new initiatives for clients that meet their objectives

Oversee management of agency design department to deliver creative materials for your client where appropriate and manage work flow, budgets and costs

Media Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers across music, fashion, technology and lifestyle

Demonstrate ability to secure landmark coverage for clients which meet their objectives
